User Conduct
You agree not to harass, threaten, abuse, spam, exploit, impersonate, or harm other users. You may not use RunUp to post illegal, harmful, hateful, or unsafe content.
Location-Based Features
RunUp includes location-based features that may show nearby courts, games, and users. You are responsible for your own safety when using the app and when meeting others in person.
No Guarantee of Games or Availability
RunUp does not guarantee that games, courts, players, events, or information shown in the app will be available, accurate, safe, or suitable.
User Content
You are responsible for content you submit or display through RunUp, including profile information, messages, game details, and other user-generated content.
Safety
Use common sense when meeting people or attending games. Meet in public places, follow local rules, and report unsafe or abusive behavior.
Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms, create safety concerns, abuse the service, or interfere with the operation of RunUp.
Disclaimer
RunUp is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or always accurate.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RunUp Games is not liable for damages resulting from your use of the app, user interactions, in-person activities, unavailable features, or inaccurate information.
