You can request deletion of your RunUp account and associated personal data by contacting us through the email below.

How to Request Account Deletion

Send an email to: support@runupgames.com

Use this subject line:

Delete My RunUp Account

Please include:

• Your RunUp username
• The email address connected to your RunUp account
• A short confirmation that you want your account deleted

What Will Be Deleted

We will delete or anonymize account information associated with your profile, including account details and personal information, subject to legal, security, fraud prevention, and operational requirements.

What May Be Retained

Some information may be retained if required for legal, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legitimate business purposes.

Processing Time
